Books on Lakewood history, afghans, Lakewood shirts, other gifts and memorabilia from the Lakewood Historical Society / Oldest Stone House Museum. The afghan comes in burgundy and beige! Wouldn't one look great stuffed in a burgundy tote bag from the Friends? It's carb-free and has no trans fats! The Historical Society has great notecards from vintage postcards of Lakewood and the lakefront. Buy some for yourself and send a note to a distant someone.

Beck Center mugs, apparel (polo, sweat & t-shirts), gift certificates and, of course, tickets! Take someone to a show. Give the gift of the arts! A donation to one of the organizations whose missions and accomplishments are described in the Web pages hosted at lkwdpl.org!  Fun runs, auctions...  Your support of community service organizations fundraising events supports the community. Take your date (impress your date). October 1st is an Evening With Garrison Keillor at the Lakewood Civic Auditorium. This fundraiser benefits the Lakewood Public Library Foundation.
Lakewood Public Schools Alumni Foundation has a Ranger Shop located at Lakewood High School just west of the L-Room and East Gym. The shop carries a broad range of apparel and giftware for Lakewood Rangers of all ages.

Know someone who doesn't get out much? Maybe an elderly person? Bring them to a Library program (they're free!). Let them know about our homebound delivery. It's the gift that gives all year!
