| Winterhurst is owned by the City of Lakewood and leased to Winterhurst Ice Rink to Ice Land USA. The lease agreement was unanimously approved by City Council at their June 16, 2008 Council Meeting. Winterhurst has closed temporarily with a grand opening scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2008 from 1:30 to 11:00 PM. Did you know: The City Ice and Fuel Co. plant once stood at Warren and Fischer Roads, where Winterhurst Rink is today.
